1. We are an independent travel agency
Odovera is a brand of Affluence Hospitality LLC. Affluence Hospitality LLC is an independent travel agency and booking intermediary. Odovera is not a car rental company. We do not own, lease, operate, maintain, clean, inspect or insure any vehicle. We do not staff rental counters, we do not set supplier rates or policies, and we have no authority to make decisions on a supplier’s behalf.
Our role is to arrange reservations with third-party car rental suppliers on your instruction, and to support you before, during and after the rental.
2. No affiliation with any rental brand
Odovera is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to any car rental company or brand, including any brand whose name may appear on this website or in search results that lead to it. All company names, brand names, trade names, trademarks, service marks and logos referenced anywhere on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the suppliers with whom we can place a reservation. Their use here is nominative and does not imply any relationship, partnership, agency or endorsement.
If you intended to reach a specific car rental company’s own website, you should go to that company’s official website directly.
3. Your contract is with the supplier
Any vehicle you rent is supplied by a third-party rental company under a rental agreement you sign directly with that company at the counter. That agreement, and not this website, governs the vehicle, its condition, the coverage available to you, the security deposit, the fuel policy, the mileage terms, the permitted use and every charge assessed at or after pickup. Read it before you sign it.
4. Information on this site
Guidance on this site about rental requirements, deposits, card acceptance, tolls, seasonality, vehicle capacities and local conditions is general in nature and provided in good faith to help you prepare. It is not a guarantee of what any particular supplier or location will do. Policies differ between suppliers, between locations of the same supplier, and over time. The written confirmation your agent sends for your specific booking is the document you should rely on. Vehicle images are illustrative of a class and do not represent the specific vehicle you will receive.
5. Pricing
We do not publish headline daily rates on this website. Any amount we give you is an estimate for your specific trip, valid at the time of quoting, and subject to supplier availability and terms until a reservation is confirmed. Estimates exclude amounts charged by the supplier at or after pickup, which are described in our Terms.
6. No professional advice
Nothing on this site is insurance, legal, tax or financial advice. We are not an insurer or an insurance intermediary, we do not sell coverage, and we cannot tell you what cover you personally need. Consult your own insurer, card issuer or adviser.
7. No advertising gimmicks
This site contains no invented reviews, no fabricated star ratings, no countdown timers, no artificial scarcity messages and no price comparisons we cannot substantiate. If you ever encounter a page claiming to be Odovera that uses any of those, it is not ours — please report it to support@odovera.com.
