Opt out of advertising cookies, and exercise the rights US state privacy laws give you.
1. Do we sell personal information?
We do not sell personal information for money. However, under California’s privacy law and comparable laws in other US states, the use of advertising and analytics cookies can count as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We therefore give you a straightforward way to opt out.
2. Opt out of advertising cookies
Use the button below and choose “Essential only”. This stops advertising and analytics cookies on this browser and device. You will need to do it again on another device or browser, or after clearing your cookies.
We also honour recognised opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, sent by your browser, where technically feasible.
3. Your other rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it, to obtain a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of targeted advertising and profiling, and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these.
To make a request, email privacy@odovera.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line, or call +1 (844) 279-7022. We will verify your identity using information we already hold before acting on a request — please do not send us identity documents by email. An authorised agent may act for you with written permission.
We respond within the time the applicable law allows, normally 45 days, and will tell you if we need an extension and why. If we decline a request, we will explain the reason and how to appeal; appeals go to the same address marked “Privacy appeal”.
4. Sensitive information
We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you, and we do not process it for any purpose beyond what is necessary to arrange the rental you asked for.
