What to know before you book here
Tolls are the trap, not the rate
Central Florida runs on cashless toll roads. Every supplier sells a transponder package, and the pricing models differ wildly: some charge a flat daily fee whether you use a toll road or not, some charge per day of use, some pass through an administration fee per toll. We put the exact toll product and its cost on your quote before you book.
Book the size you actually need
Minivans and full-size SUVs sell out in Orlando around US school holidays and spring break. If you are five or more with luggage, booking early tends to matter more here than in most markets.
Allow time on return
Return queues at peak times are long. Leave noticeably more time than you would without a car, especially in March, July and late December.

What this class really meansOn terminal logistics. Counter locations, shuttle arrangements and opening hours at Orlando International Airport are set by the airport and the rental suppliers and do change. Your agent confirms the current pickup instructions for your specific supplier and booking in writing before you travel, rather than relying on anything printed on a website.
